Deposits, Cancellation, Refunds, Event Delays, Rescheduling

Venue Fee

Per Hour: $400.00 per hour in blocks of 2 hours.

Damage Deposit: $500.00 – (Refundable)

Full Day Rates

Our doors open at 10:00am to allow for decorating, receiving vendors. A full day rate is 8 hours. 

January & February
Saturday Events – $2200
Fridays and Sundays – $1900

July & August
Saturday Events – $1600
Fridays and Sundays – $1400

March, May, June,
Sept, Nov, & December
Saturday Events – $2400
Fridays and Sundays – $2100

April & October
Saturday Events – $2800
Fridays and Sundays – $2600

The Austin  facility rental rates are non-taxed

Venue Reservations:

There is a 14 day hard hold available for a non refundable fee or $500. This amount will be credited if you move forward with your reservations. IT WILL NOT be refunded if you cancel. 


To reserve the Client’s Event and Venue, the Client must make an initial payment of (“Initial Payment”) of 50% total contract price.  No reservations will be made until the Initial Payment is processed. Management has the right to reduce this deposit upon request. Deposit Is Non-Refundable.


All remaining balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. Outstanding balances can be caused by the immediate cancellation of the event if not paid when notified. You will be sent an invoices to pay this amount.


Client Cancellation
If Client chooses to cancel an event, Client must provide a 30 day written notice of intent to cancel. Emails are an acceptable form of notification. TEXT IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF CANCELLATION. All fees paid in advance to The Austin will be forfeited upon cancellation if proper 30-day notice has not to be given. No credit will be provided for Events canceled by the Client in this event.

The Austin’s Cancellation
If circumstances leave The Austin unable to provide services due to weather, or any act or situation that is out of our direct control, the Client event may be canceled and all monies paid will be either credited to the Client’s account for use at another date and time or to the original form of payment within 30 days. 

Government Cancellation
 If the event is canceled due to governmental requirements either by local, state, or federal mandates, that specifically restrict our ability to materially provide services due to impossibilities, the Client may reschedule without penalty and without 30-day notice and all money will be credited to the clients’ account. Cancellation must be due to a mandate that affects The Austin and Client locally and not due to outside factors that do not directly relate to an official mandate. This includes but is not limited to weather, travel restrictions, accommodations, guests not attending due to choice. If Austin is not affected by a shutdown mandate this clause will not apply.


Due to the unprecedented circumstances of the Pandemic COVID-19, The Austin reserves the right to make any changes to scheduled wedding times or wedding count due to impossibility. The Client agrees that The Austin will not be held liable for cancellations due to COVID-19. Should the scheduled wedding time occur during these unprecedented times, the Client assumes the risk of infection and The Austin is hereby not responsible for a client or their guests contracting COVID-19.

Force Majeure

The Austin will not be liable or responsible to Client, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of ANY Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, or quarantine, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, or telecommunication breakdown or power outage (“Force Majeure Event”). The client’s sole remedy for an Event canceled due to a Force Majeure Event is to reschedule such an Event.


The client may reschedule the event with at least 30 days Notice to EIA. Availability of dates for rescheduled Events will be determined at The Ausitn’s sole discretion.

Prices Due To Client Cancellation

*Client acknowledges and agrees that Venue and Package pricing may increase for rescheduled Events, and further agrees to pay any such increased fees upon re-contracting for services.

Event Delays

If the Client directly or indirectly causes an Event delay of 30 minutes or more, a $500.00 delay fee will apply, assuming The Austin determines that it is able and willing to go forward with the Event. If we do not so determine, the Client forfeits all deposits and fees paid in advance to The Austin and may not reschedule the Event. No refunds will be provided for Events canceled due to Event delays caused by the Client.
